By using Fan Rep., you agree to these terms. Fan Rep. is operated by Luke Ciano, an individual, not a registered company.
Fan Rep. lets sports fans vote on hypothetical decisions for their favorite teams and leagues, and see how other fans voted. It's a fan engagement tool, not affiliated with or endorsed by any team, league, or player.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Fan Rep.
You log in to Fan Rep. using your Google account. You're responsible for maintaining the security of that account. One favorite team per league, per account.
Don't attempt to manipulate vote counts, create multiple accounts to vote more than once, or use Fan Rep. in any way that disrupts the service for other fans.
Fan Rep. is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the service will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fan Rep. and Luke Ciano are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
We may modify or discontinue Fan Rep., in whole or in part, at any time. We may also update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles.
